Sadly, there are only 2 classes in this world. One is the political/rich class and the other is peasants. Peasants are the ones who have the right to vote but are controlled by those who are in power. In this blog post, I will talk about how the political elite class treats its own people as peasants.
In recent days I learned a new word—kleptocracy. For those who don’t know the meaning of kleptocracy, I will tell you what it means: it is a form of government or system of rule in which leaders (often politicians or officials) exploit their power to steal or embezzle public funds and resources for personal gain. When I read the definition, that’s exactly what our politicians are doing to us. They are forsaking the future of citizens by creating economic and social mess. This is very true everywhere.
People vote for their government in the hope that it will create harmony and economic development in the country by creating more jobs, more investment, and bringing talented people across the world. But sadly, governments across the world are doing the opposite of what they promised during election campaigns. They say that they want no more wars but actually are the ones who create new world wars. They are the ones who promise to bring inflation down but are the ones responsible for the high cost of living by mismanaging the economy.
The political elite class blames others for the problems they have created. When citizens don’t like their policies and go out to protest, they simply try to use police force to suppress the protest movement against them. They are really good at spreading propaganda by buying out TV news channels. They tell their voters that economic times are tough so travel less, use EVs, stay home, spend less, save more, and do budgeting. But instead they travel abroad. They waste taxpayers’ money. They send taxpayers’ money to other countries while their own country is in disaster.
When I say the political class treats its citizens as peasants, I don’t say it lightly. They can throw you in jail for criticizing them. They say that we care about your rights. We care about democracy. But the reality is they don’t give a damn about you (peasants)
