Trump is already looking forward to making excuses for Republicans’ midterm defeat. One thing is for sure: he doesn’t want to take any responsibility. When the midterm results are announced, he will blame Republicans. He won’t take any accountability for his actions.
I already wrote a blog on how November is going to be hard for Republicans. It’s going to be very tough for Republicans. As I mentioned in one of my blogs, Republicans didn’t pass the SAVE Act. They didn’t cut government spending. No doubt Trump said it so many times in his posts that Republicans need to kill the filibuster. No one listened to him. Trump’s war in Iran also made the public very angry. They are tired of high gas prices. Americans are tired of never-ending wars. They want real accountability from their leaders. Sadly, Trump and Republicans betrayed them.
Americans voted for Trump to witness real change. They were looking for some relief from inflation and the ongoing war in Europe. They thought that when Trump came to power, he would fix everything. He would drain the swamp. Well, nothing happened. Government spending is out of control. The future of the Strait of Hormuz is not secure. The Gulf allies are not trusting Trump. Trump badly miscalculated the war against Iran. Now he is saying at rallies that had he not stopped Iran from getting nuclear weapons, there would be no Israel, no Middle East. Can he tell the American public how Israel can have nuclear weapons but not Iran? He is just throwing all these hypocritical statements at his rallies and fooling voters.
I can’t wait for the day when Republicans lose the elections and he shares posts blaming Republicans instead of taking full responsibility for his actions.
