The world is changing. Time keeps us running. Technology is growing. Our daily lives have become more and more hectic than ever before. In this blog post I am going to talk about why it is important for us to keep going and keep growing.
Men are created for a purpose and the purpose is to build, create and add value to this world so that, the world keeps operating. It’s in our DNA to aim at something and create value out of it.The gateway to the ultimate Freedom is through Hell! For most of us it takes time and effort to know our purpose and it’s completely fine as long as you are making effort in knowing yourself, have a plan and implement it on the ground too!
In order to keep going and keep growing the fundamental thing we really need is having right mind set & courage to bring right mindset into action. In order to have right attitude we need to introspect ourselves with complete honesty and transparency. For instance, someone struggling with bad addictions ( smoking, drinking, porn, overspending).
The first thing is to know little bit about yourself is to take full responsibility of your actions. After accepting the truth that, you are solely accountable for everything you do or say, the next step is to cultivate productive habits that would make you attractive like working out, reading, journalizing, and gratitude. Once, you have consistency with good habits, you would focus less and less on your destructive habits.Consistency is the key
One thing I have noticed that, our society focuses too much on eliminating bad habits. On one hand it is a good thing because, it is important to have fear in the mind about, what possible harm a nihilistic habit can do to us and on the other hand, just having negative prospective in our minds generates or attracts more negativity in our minds. It creates a never ending cycle of pain & suffering. The rule that we should apply is to focus more and more on prosperity and in search of meaning.
After assessing what’s good not only for you but for others, you need to set priorities. In order to set priorities, you need to make a damn schedule and stick to that schedule.
Put Reading, working out and writing at the top of your do list. You just need to start with one hour out of your 24 hours to keep you going and growing. 30 minutes reading, 20 minutes workout and 10 minutes writing. Do it for a week and just note the change.
I am sure that, one week will transform you and brings best out of you and who knows that you will start doing it on a consistent basis.
Keep going and keep growing. Shape your destiny. Move things closer to the heaven and slightly away from the hell.
