Have you ever noticed that, in modern world, we are giving more emphasis on ‘I’ rather than on ‘we’. You look at the politicians and especially, some top celebrities around the globe give more importance to their own performances and take all the credit. The word ‘humble’ is considered for a weak person whereas, word ‘pride’ makes us ruthless, more appealing to others. This is a disease that is spreading like wildfire.
Let me be frank here, some Instagram models, some popular you tubers/tiktokers , radical feminists and radical leftists are driving our innocent kids into hell by making them to believe the notion that, you can achieve anything in the world without taking help of any one and once, you achieve your goals you just have to give the credit to yourself. You don’t have to be grateful to God for giving you the wisdom, you don’t need to give thanks to your family and friends. Right now, some you might not agree with me what I’m saying but, 10-15 years from now you will realize what I was trying to convey at that time and I mean it. Some of you might be feeling the overwhelming presence of pride in the west.
One simple thing that, I truly believe in is this: in order to build anything in the world you have to make efforts(hard-work) you might need the help of the experts and little bit of luck. So, it’s not just you doing all things. for instance, you are driving a car it’s not just you doing all the thing. You need to give some credit to your car as it’s helping you to reach from point A to point B.
It’s a common trend in our world. We are giving more and more importance to be Independent. Well, someone’s independence is better than someone who is dependent and inter-dependence is better than being independent. As, interdependence will make your partner feel valued. If a CEO of a certain company is taking all the credit of increasing the net worth of his shareholders guess what? He might be gaining in money but, over the next 10 years, his people lose their attraction towards the company. The company will be doomed to go bankrupt and it’s just a matter of time. If you don’t believe me then, go look how many companies being destroyed in the heat of pride(arrogance) not just the companies but the individuals and the rulers.
We don’t wanna to make our kids, young people victims of pride. You might take advantage of being arrogant for short period but, at the end it’s your loss. Being humble won’t make you weak but sure, if you are full of pride it will make you malevolent over time.
It’s imperative for us to learn the language of love and kindness. I’m not saying that, if you choose to be humble doesn’t mean that, people will be kind to you. Sometimes, they will step over your head and give you hard time. What we need to know that hard times are inevitable. All we can be humble and face the hard time with great endurance.
Radical leftists wanna to destroy the fundamentals of life by encouraging people to be full of pride. Well, pride of what? We came here with nothing and going with nothing. One thing we can all do is that, as long as we are here we can be humble not in words but also, in our actions. In that sense, we can take all the blessings of our people. There’s real beauty in being noble. Any non sensical views like ‘no one cares about you’ ‘no one is there to help you’, you have to do it all by yourself’ seem so pathetic way to encourage or to motivate our kids. Our kids are tired of listening to this advice.
At the end, arrogance always kills humbleness always saves.
