One step at a time!

 

Life is not a 100 m race. Average life expectancy in America is 78 years. If someone says life is too short then, he is not 100% right. If you pay attention clearly, 78 years are too long. This blog is about all you need to take one step at a time to deal with your life. I believe that, it is more fulfilling approach than focusing on too many things at a same time!

You know that, I’m not in a favour of multi-tasking. Ever since, we have given importance to this approach in our lives, people have become more anxious and resentful. Everyone is focusing on one thing and that is multitasking, multitasking and more multitasking. There’s so much goes around us and we can’t just divide our attention equally on 10 different things. It’s better to do no task at all.

We have so much to do in a life. The things that we wanna to accomplish are countless. One thing I wanna to say that, if we try to achieve things in a haphazardly manner then, each one of us is gonna die in regrets. In order to have less depression and less anxiety we need to continually remind ourselves that, life is all about one step at a time. We need to keep saying this thing to our minds day and night so that, we just focus on what we are doing in present.

Life is a long game when we play the game with some kind of self awareness. Most of us operate like a machine. The moment we wake up in the morning, we start behaving like robots. I believe that, there’s a button in our system. When someone pushes the button, we become angry. When some one praises us, we switch back to politeness and love. All I’m saying that, we are not machine. We are human beings. We are conscious beings. Self awareness is way deeper than acting like robots.

My message is loud and clear. Anything you wanna to achieve, you need to take one step at a time whether it’s your health, money or your relationship. One step at a time and act with some level of consciousness.
